Commissions and Testimonials
An ultimate, one of a kind gift unique prints, handcrafted artworks & bespoke designs, handmade just for you or someone you love
What is a bespoke Commission?
This is your opportunity to work closely with me, to create something special and bring your ideas to life through my unique style.Throughout this process, I can guarantee, your commission will be crafted with a voice of its own.
What can I commission you to do?
As well as bespoke pieces, I create artworks for special occasions and as commemorative gifts.I offer the following forms of bespoke printed artworks;
Linocut and Woodcut prints
Block & Repeat pattern designs for fabrics, wallpaper and tiles
Silkscreen prints
Digital and tradiotional illustration
Maybe you are looking to show that corner of your home some love?Or that tricky spot on the staircase? Maybe it's a bespoke wallpaper or fabric pattern design that you're looking for? Whether it's a nook, cranny or a beautiful spot above your fireplace, I can make it work.
How can I check the progress of my commission? One of my favourite parts of the process is the dialogue we'll have together. I'll keep in touch with regular photos and updates for your peace of mind.
How much will it cost? Commissioned pieces typically start from £250 minimum. But, it really depends on the complexity of the design and artwork. It's a good idea to have a budget, let's discuss it and make it work!
How do I pay for a commission? Once we've reached an understanding for what your commission entails, I'll be in touch with a quote via email. Once agreed, you'll need to pay 50% of the total upfront as a deposit. When this is received I'll make a start on your commission. You'll then pay the remaining amount when the commission is finished.
How long will it take? If you know the date the work is needed by, or if it's a bespoke gift, then just let me know when you contact me. More time in advance is better! But, if you're not sure, then we can discuss this during our discovery call.
Can I return a commission? Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns of commissioned prints, artworks or designs.

Large Bespoke Design Linocut Print
"I’d spent hours upon hours searching the internet to find what I was looking for. I wanted a picture to suit my house, I wanted texture and something unusual – I couldn’t find anything that fitted the bill.
Finding Hannah made buying a commissioned piece make sense. She took me through the journey of making the piece, taking on my thoughts, feelings and input. She guided me through the decisions I had to make with patience and care.
Not only have I got a one of kind bit of art that I LOVE, I had a brilliant experience getting it!"
“I was recommended Hannah by a friend to undertake a commission for me. I wanted a unique and personal pregnancy announcement, something cute but tasteful. After chatting to Hannah about what I wanted and some of my likes and dislikes, she designed some concepts for the announcement. We had really helpful discussions and she sent me photo updates, resulting in the perfect announcement for me.
Hannah was happy to listen to my vague ideas and turn them into reality. She also encouraged and welcomed my feedback during the design process. What she has created for me is beautiful and something I will treasure forever, thank you!!“

Collaborative Social Sculpture Projects
"In my first conversation with Hannah she described how she wanted to make objects for people. Though our MA in Social Sculpture, at Oxford Brookes University, this strand of her work, the act of making being about gifts and transformation, became clear and resonant. The other strand of her work that became intertwined was about voice, finding your voice, and unheard voices. In her work she was looking to help others find their voices.
Hannah’s work is motivated from deep thought and inner beliefs that the human experience is a creative one and one which with support, can be explored and nurtured."
